Compliance Monitoring – Covenant Letters

Balenz Compliance Monitoring can be used to generate letters to counterparties to document correspondence related to items such as documents due or overdue, compliance with Covenants, violations to Covenants, and actions taken against Covenants. The Balenz Compliance Monitoring Administrator can create standard document templates that can be used for normal correspondence. These document templates can include institution logos and letterhead, and can even be mail merged with contacts in the Balenz Compliance Monitoring database.

When a standard letter is selected by a user for a specific counterparty, the letter can be modified to tailor the communication to any specific issues that need to be addressed. All letters generated by Balenz Compliance Monitoring, whether standard or customized, will be stored as an image in the Electronic Repository for future review.
