Compliance Monitoring – Electronic Repository

Balenz Compliance Monitoring maintains an electronic repository of all source documents, regardless of the format or the method by which it was submitted to the system. This could include not only financial statements, but also things like insurance certificates, receivable and inventory schedules, borrow base certificates, tax returns, and letters to clients. In addition, Balenz Compliance Monitoring allows the Administrator to define the list of items that can be stored in the Electronic Repository. Users can access the electronic repository at any time from within Balenz Compliance Monitoring to review not only the source document itself, but also an audit trail of events associated with the document and related covenants:

• Submission of a document
• Review a document
• Action against a covenant
• Responses to covenant violations
• Letters sent to counterparties
