Ram Raja founded Balenz Software, Inc. and is its President and CEO. Prior to Balenz, Ram was VP of Strategic Initiatives at Evolve Software. He joined Evolve in 2000 when it acquired InfoWide Inc., a software company he founded in 1998. From 1993 to 1998 Ram was President and CEO of Ramco Systems Corporation (US). During his tenure he introduced the ‘Marshal’ ERP product in the United States and was responsible for sales, support and professional services. Ram holds a master’s degree in engineering from Texas A&M.

Brad Saegesser, Director of Operations. Brad joined Balenz Software, Inc. in 2008 as the Director of Operations. Prior to Balenz, Brad spent 15 years with Moody’s KMV in a variety of roles, including product management, professional services, sales, development, and quality assurance. Brad has an MBA in accounting information systems and a bachelor’s degree in accounting, both from Michigan State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant who practiced with Ernst & Young prior to joining Moody’s KMV.

Joe Wai, VP Finance. Joe is an investor in several high tech companies. He was the CFO at Orbit Semiconductor and was part of the team that spun the company off from Comdial in 1985 and took Orbit public in 1993. He was also involved in the subsequent acquisition of the company by DII Group (now Flextronics) in 1997. Joe received his MBA from the University of Chicago.
