Spreading Automation – Electronic Repository

Balenz Spreading Automation maintains an electronic repository of all source financial statement documents, regardless of the format or the method by which it was submitted to the system. Users can access the electronic repository at any time from within Balenz Spreading Automation to review not only the source document itself, but the events associated with it (i.e., date of receipt, date of spread and user, date of modification and user, and covenants associated with the document).
