Balenz Spreading Automation can accept financial statement data in a variety of different formats including PDF, Excel, TIFF, JPG, text, and even a hard paper copy.

The financial statement data can come directly from the institution’s clients or even their client’s accountants. Financial statement data can get into Balenz Spreading Automation via a number of different methods, including:

  • Upload to a secure website by an authorized submitter
  • E-mail
  • Fax
  • Optical scanner
  • Live connection to third party data providers
